Basic Vegan Cooking
You want to start the new year with more plant-based dishes, but don't know how to do it exactly? We try together different vegan dishes and learn the basics of plant-based cuisine.
In a relaxed and creative atmosphere you will learn the most important basics of vegan cooking and gather new ideas to complement your everyday cooking with animal-free menus.We will cook together a seasonal 3-course menu with lots of flavor. In the process, you'll learn how to make vegan mayo, yogurt and plant milk. Finally, there will be tips and tricks on baking vegan cakes.
