General terms and conditions
1. General
Vintage Kitchen GmbH offers cooking and wine courses for all interested parties. Everything revolves around cooking, learning and enjoyment. Under the guidance of Stefanie Inniger or guest chefs from the gastronomy, various theme courses are offered and carried out. Duration and number of participants may vary. Generally, the duration of a course is between 3 and 4 hours. The number of participants in cookery courses is usually between 10 and 18 persons. Up to 20 persons can take part in cookery courses for companies or private bookings.
2. cooking school
2.1 Booking cooking courses
Registration can be made by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via registration on the website.
2.2 Voucher for cooking courses
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after issue. If the voucher is not redeemed within this period, it can be extended in writing or by telephone before the expiry of this period. Vouchers can be ordered by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. Payment of the vouchers is made within 10 calendar days after issue. A payment of the voucher amount is not possible. A possible credit balance after redeeming the voucher will not be paid out, but can be credited to the next cooking course.
2.3 Costs for cooking courses
The course costs for the respective cooking and wine courses can be found in the programme. The prices are inclusive of the statutory value added tax. The cooking courses include cooking lessons, food, drinks and recipes. The wine courses include wine tasting, accompanying drinks and a folder with information.
2.4 Payment of cooking courses
Payment shall be made in advance, in cash or on receipt of invoice, with the stated payment deadline, but at the latest on the day of the event.
2.5 Cancellations / Cancellations / Refunds of cooking courses
In the event of a change of booking on the part of the customer, a different course can be booked on request if there are still free places available. A rebooking fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged for this. In case of cancellation by the customer up to 21 days before the booked cooking course, the course fee minus CHF 10.00 handling fee can be refunded. In case of cancellations up to 14 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the course starts will not be refunded. Failure to attend on the day of the course also applies. There is no right to reimbursement. A transfer to other participants is possible with advance notice. In case of cancellation of the event by Vintage Kitchen GmbH due to illness, organizational reasons or insufficient number of participants, an alternative date will be set or the course costs will be refunded without deduction.
2.6 House rules cooking courses
The instructor's instructions must be observed and followed.
2.7 Liability for cooking courses
The course participants are personally liable for the damaged facilities and items in Vintage Kitchen. Each participant is liable for damages and accidents that have occurred directly to other participants. The cookery school does not assume any liability towards the participants for accidents, losses and damage to objects.

4. modifications
Vintage Kitchen GmbH reserves the right to amend or modify these GTC at any time, if necessary.

6. Severability clause
If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions or the contract concluded with the customer contradicts a mandatory legal provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the original will of the parties shall apply instead. The validity of the remaining provisions of the General Terms and Conditions or contracts shall not be affected thereby.
